Qi, G. J. Cheng, L. Q. Shi, D. J. O'Connor, B. V. King and E. H. Kisi 2014 Acta Materialia 66 317[2]). QI Qiang, CHENG Gui-Jun and SHI Li-Qun appear in the author lists of both the papers. Figures 1 and 5 in the CPL article are the same as Figs. 1 and 4 in the earlier one, respectively. The text of the CPL article copied a lot from the earlier one. Due to the inappropriate use of duplicated figures and texts from an earlier published paper, the Editorial Board of Chinese Physics Letters hereby retracts this paper.
