Abstract Quantum cosmology with complex ø6 fields at finite temperature for the Vilenkin boundary conditions and Hartle-Hawking boundary conditions has been studied in this paper. The corresponding Wheeler-DeWitt equations and the Universe wave functions are obtained. At the same time, the probability density distribution is calculated and the effect of temperature on probability density distribution is found.
