Abstract The velocity non-uniformity of the particle movement in the living cells is investigated. Introducing the concept of molecular fluctuation in the living cells, the phenomenon of the velocity non-uniformity is explained. A quantitative relation between molecular fluctuation and velocity non-uniformity of the particle movement is derived.
