Regularities of the Band Structures for the Even-Even Rare-Earth Nuclei

The parametrizations, V_NP and V_NP /V_pair , are extracted empirically from nuclear binding energies. The systematics in the V_NP and V_NP /V_pairchemes, together with elegant regularities of the excitation energies for the ground, β and γ bands for the even-even nuclei in the rare-earth region are reported letter.
