Nonlinear Two-Dimensional Debye Screening in Plasmas

A general analytical solution for the two-dimensional Poisson equation has been obtained for the nonlinear Debye screening in plasmas. We derive an exact analytical expression for T_e = T_i and an approximate expression for T_e ≠ T_i for the two-dimensional nonlinear Debye potential.
