Variation of Defective Structure During the Grain Growth of Nanocrystallites
-
Abstract
In this paper, we report the variation of defective structure of nanocrystalline Fe-Mo-Si-B alloys with the increase of grain size. Results suggest that for the average grain size D=55 nm, microvoid-sized defects exhibit maximum volume and minimum concentration.
