The 450 nm Up-Conversion Fluorescence of Crystalline TmP5O14

Abstract
This paper reports the 450nm up-conversion fluorescence of the crystalline TmP5O14 at room temperature induced by pulsed DCM dye laser. It is found that the up-conversion mechanism is the excited state absorption.
