THEORETICAL PREDICTION OF MELTING TEMPERATURE FOR SILICON

Abstract
A dynamical calculation of the state equation is presented to give a good prediction of the melting temperature for silicon which is much better than the molecular dynamics simulation result and agrees satisfactorily with the experimental value.
