REFLECTION AND REFRACTION OF ACOUSTIC FAST COMPRESSIONAL WAVES AT INTERFACE OF A POROUS MEDIUM

Abstract
The problems of reflection and refraction when a compressional wave in porous medium is obliquely incident upon an interface between the porous medium and fluid are discussed. Numerical calculations for the amplitude ratios of the reflected and refracted waves to the incident one in a water-saturated porous structure of sintered glass beads are given.
