NONEQUILIBRIUM PROCESSES OF ANGULAR MOMENTUM DISSIPATION IN DEEPLY INELASTIC HEAVY-ION COLLISIONS

Abstract
The nonequilibrium processes of the angular momentum dissipation of fragments in deeply inelastic heavy-ion collisions have been investigated through consideration of the nondiagonal elements of the diffusion tensor. The diffusion tensor has been calculated microscopically.
