On the Basis of Taiji Relativity

In this letter author argues that the taiji relativity, which recently developed by Hsu et al. Phys. Lett. A 196 ( 1994 ) 1, can not be founded only upon Einstein’s first postulate, the principle of relativity. In fact it is still based on two postulates of special relativity.
