ROCKING CURVE CALCULATION BY MEANS OF CHANGING INVOLVED DIFFRACTION BEAMS

Abstract
By changing the diffraction beams involved in rocking curve calculation with matrix method, according to the incident beam direction, the required computing time may be considerably reduced.
