Steady-State Reversed Shear Mode Sustained by Lower Hybrid Current Drive
-
Abstract
A simple model is presented for analysis of radial diffusion of current during lower hybrid current drive (LHCD). Considering the effect of radial diffusion of LH driven current and the bootstrap current, a steady-state reversed shear magnetic configuration can be sustained simply by LHCD and a such case on HT-7U tokamak was calculated as an example.
