THE POWER-LAW BEHAVIOUR OF AC RESPONSE OF INTERFACE: A FRACTAL TIME STOCHASTIC PROCESS

Abstract
A fractal time stochastic process of ion's motion in the interface is proposed. The model can result in the universal power-law characteristics of interface.
