Examination on the Optical Absorption and Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Spectra of Cr3+ ions in α-LilO3 Crystal

Abstract
The optical and electron paramagnetic resonance spectra of Cr3+ ions in the α-LilO3 crystal are explained based on the complete diagonalization procedure and a crystal-field-like model. The results agree well with experimental data.
