Energy Dependence of the 12C+12C Scattering Described by an Energy Independent Real Part Potential

Abstract
An energy independent real part potential is presented. This potential can well describe the energy dependent experimental data for the 12C+12C scattering in the energy region of Ec.m.≈ 30-80 MeV.
