UV Laser Induced Reaction Between C60 and W(CO)6 in Benzene Solution
-
Abstract
UV laser induced reaction between C60 and W(CO)6 in benzene solution was studied by infrared absorption spectroscopy. The reversible formation of a C60 complex of w(CO)5, presumably (η2- C60)W(CO)5, was observed.
