DIRECT MEASUREMENT OF VAPOR DENSITY BY FARADAY ROTATION

A simple, direct method of measuring vapor density by Faraday rotation technique, which in principle has no upper limit in vapor temperature, is reported. An experimental illustration with Rb vapor is also presented.
