Abstract Based on high resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio spectra, we determine the chemical abundances of nearby star HD131023 by using the differential analysis. Abundances of total 24 elements are presented. Some heavy elements, such as Sr, Y, Ba, La, Nd, are found to be overabundant relative to the sun.
