Abstract Starting from classical equations of motion of the charges, we obtain the quantum fluctuations of the charges, and the currents of a mesoscopic capacitance coupled circuit with power source by using a canonical transformation and a unitary transformation. The uncertainty relations between charges and conjugate currents do not satisfy the minimum uncertainty relation, and is independent of the power source.
