Abstract:Generalized ptychography is established with diverse probes, which not only extend the core spirit of ptychography that is the overlapping of neighboring probes, but also enhance the imaging quality. We find that in one of suggested configurations with visible light, the performances of two types of diversified probes are improved in comparison with the traditional circular probes. This may open up some new possibilities of ptychographic imaging.
