摘要The thermal stability of a triangular nanowire array under an external magnetic field is studied by the damage spreading technique. The results show that stability of the system may be enhanced by decreasing the spacing of magnetic cells (or increasing the storage density). The existence of an external magnetic field is another way to hinder the damage spreading.
