Abstract : The Berry phase of spinor fields induced by gravity and inertia are studied starting with covariant Dirac equation in general relativity. The results obtained reveal the spin-gravity coupling effect explicitly. As examples the phase shifts induced by inertial fields of rotating frame and by Earth’s fields are evaluated and some comments on the evaluation are discussed.
