Abstract: The equations of motion of the soliton transported bio-energy in the protein, were heretofore already obtained by a combination of quantum-mechanical and classical methods, but here have been derived based completely on quantum mechanics. And we point out the shortcoming of no self-consistency of the Davydov theory. Some interesting results have also been got.
