Abstract: 374μm far-infrared radiation of 15NH3 pumped by CO2 laser has been studied experimentally. The efficiency of pumping, absorption of the pump beam. Stability of the output power diagnostics, a comparison with 432μm of the formic acid laser was also carried out.
