Abstract : La-doping effects of strontium titanate (SrTiO3 ) thin films were studied by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results indicated that the oxygen adsorption properties of SrTiO3 thin film surface could be significantly affected by La substitution. Besides, a shoulder was observed on the high binding energy side of the main O1s , peak in La-doped thin films.
