Electron Impact Ionization Cross Section of Nitrogen Atoms

Abstract The direct ionization cross sections for electron scattering by nitrogen are calculated by applying an equivalent-local optical model from 15 eV to 1100 eV. The present results are compared with the experimental data and other theoretical calculation results.
