An Analytical Inflation Model with Born-Infeld Type Scalar Field

Abstract We propose an analytical inflation model driven by a scalar field with Born-Infeld-type Lagrangian and compute its power spectrum. The constraints on the parameters of the potential by the recent Wilkinson microwave anisotropy probe data are derived.
