DIRAC-BERGMANN FORMALISM OF THE FERMI-BOSE TRANSMUTATION IN (2+1)-DIMENSIONS

Abstract The model of charged particles coupled to the pure Chern-Simons gauge field in (2+1)-dimensions is canonically quantized by Dirac-Bergmann algorithm. It is demonstrated that the Chern-Simons term in Abelian gauge theory turns bosons to fermions.
