Abstract The wave function of the universe for the spinor field in the induced theory of gravity is solved by ruing Hartle and Hawking method. The wave function obeys the Wheeler-De Witt equation. The results indicate that the spinor field affects strongly the wave function related to the initial condition when like-scalar factor α is very small, and the behavior of the spinor field resembles scalar field when like-scalar factor α is great.
