Abstract A model Hamiltonian resulting from an extended Schrieffer-wolff transformation on the Anderson lattice Hamiltonian with f-electron hopping has been used to calculate the anomalous temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity in the Kondo lattice compounds (e.g., CeAl3 and CeCu6). The Green's functions for the conduction electron have been calculated by the equation of motion approach. The numerical calculated results of the electrical resistivity of CeCu6 is consistent with the experimental data.
