Abstract The magnetic properties of melt-spun (Fe1-xNdx)94B6 alloys (x=0.07-0.90) are reported. Their spontaneous magnetizations are interpreted on the basis of a sperimagnetic structure with Nd and Fe cones. The highest coercivity at room temperature is 8 kOe for this as-quenched amorphous alloy system.
