Abstract Braunstein proposed an algorithm to distinguish the Boolean functions of two different weights. Here we implement the algorithm in a two-qubit nuclear magnetic resonance quantum information processor. The experiment shows that the algorithm could distinguish the Boolean functions of two different weights efficiently.
